1. Acceptance of Terms

• By using this site, you confirm that you meet the age requirements and consent to age verification procedures.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Posting harmful, abusive, infringing, or offensive content.
• Users acknowledge that any violation may result in account suspension, deletion, and referral to law enforcement.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content on AdultDataLink, including but not limited to text, graphics, code, datasets, analytics, user interfaces, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of AdultDataLink or its licensors.
• By submitting content to AdultDataLink, you grant a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license for us to host, display, distribute, modify, and use the content.
• Users retain responsibility for ensuring that any submitted content does not infringe third-party rights.

5. Disclaimers

AdultDataLink is provided on an “AS-IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content, or the security of our platform. Users acknowledge inherent risks in using online platforms and agree that AdultDataLink is not responsible for:

• User-generated content, including errors, omissions, or harmful content.
• Interruptions, downtime, or technical failures.
• Unauthorized access, hacking, or security breaches not caused by proven gross negligence on our part.
• Loss, corruption, or deletion of data.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdultDataLink and its affiliates, owners, directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising under or related to these TOS shall not exceed $100 USD per user.

7. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AdultDataLink, its affiliates, owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities, including legal fees, arising out of:

• Violation of these TOS or applicable law.
• User content submissions or activity on the platform.
• Use of the platform in a manner not authorized by these TOS.

8. Force Majeure

AdultDataLink shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, internet failures, third-party attacks, strikes, or government restrictions.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These TOS are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
• All disputes arising under or related to these TOS shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus, unless the parties agree to binding arbitration under the Cyprus Arbitration Rules.
• Users waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction.

10. Termination & Account Suspension

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion for violations of these TOS or for any reason permitted by law.
• Termination does not relieve users of obligations incurred prior to termination, including indemnification and liability.

11. Amendments

AdultDataLink may modify these TOS at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing updates. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

12. Acceptance

By using adultdatalink.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms of Service, including all disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification obligations, and risk allocations outlined herein.
