This Parental Controls & Minor Protection Policy (“Policy”) is published by Abacus Global Internet Services Ltd. (AGIS) and its subsidiaries, including Abacus Global Holdings Ltd. (“we,” “our,” “the Company”), in connection with the operation of adultdatalink.com (“the Platform”).

1. Adults-Only Platform

The Platform is strictly intended for access and use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in their applicable jurisdiction (“Minimum Legal Age”). • Enabling device-level parental controls (iOS Screen Time, Android Digital Wellbeing, Windows Family Safety, macOS Parental Controls).
• Installing third-party filtering software such as Net Nanny, Qustodio, Kaspersky Safe Kids, Norton Family, or equivalent solutions.
• Activating network-level filtering using home routers, DNS filters (CleanBrowsing, OpenDNS), or ISP-provided parental controls.
• Enabling "Safe Search" settings in browsers and major search engines.
• Monitoring device use, reviewing browsing history, and educating children about digital safety.
• Using biometric authentication, PIN locks, and password protection on all devices.

The Company provides these recommendations solely as general guidance. We do not warrant the functionality, accuracy, or effectiveness of any third-party solution, nor are we responsible for compatibility issues, privacy practices, or failures of parental control technologies.

6. Third-Party Links & External Content

The Platform may contain links to third-party services, advertisers, or platforms that are outside Company control. We do not guarantee that such third-party systems enforce parental controls or age restrictions. User access to such services is at their own risk.

However, the Platform is not intended for, and does not knowingly process any data related to minors. Any minor-related information discovered will be deleted promptly upon identification.
