UGC Scraping, Indexing & Data Transformation Rights
AGIS operates under a dual-entity governance model as documented within the Corporate Binder. All scraped User-Generated Content (“UGC”), metadata, analytics transformations, algorithmic enrichments, ranking logic, derivative datasets, performance metrics, and processed outputs become proprietary works owned by AGIS immediately upon creation.
Users acknowledge and agree that:
- AGIS claims ownership over all derivative data generated by its systems
- Scraped UGC is transformed and stored for research, analytics, indexing, and compliance
- Derivative datasets are not reversible and do not constitute original copyrighted media
- AGIS is not responsible for accuracy, legality, or ownership of the original UGC source material
- Users bear sole responsibility for verifying rights over their submitted content
All claims involving scraping, indexing, metadata, UGC rights, performer data, or copied works fall under international frameworks including GDPR, CCPA, DMCA, EUCD, and 18 U.S.C. §2257.
